A little exciting update 🥹🧼✨

For the last year and a half, I’ve had the idea of eventually hiring someone sitting in the back of my mind. I kept talking myself out of it because stepping out of your comfort zone and trusting someone else with something you’ve built from the ground up is honestly scary.

But I finally took the leap, put my faith over fear, and it has already been such a blessing. 🤍

As my business continues to grow, having someone alongside me who genuinely cares about quality, detail, and making homes feel amazing means so much to me. I’m incredibly grateful for all of my amazing clients who continue to support my small business and make growth like this possible.

Jessi Parker’s Residential Cleaning is growing & I’m looking for the perfect person to join the team! 🧼💜

This is a part-time position with hours typically starting around 8:30 AM and ending early afternoon (some days earlier depending on the schedule).

🧽 What I’m looking for:
• Someone reliable & shows up ready to work
• Has an eye for detail (the little things matter!)
• Efficient & able to keep a steady pace
• Positive attitude & easy to work with
• Willing to learn & take direction
• Not afraid to get a little sweaty & dirty
• Takes pride in their work

🚗 Requirements:
• 16+ years old
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check

✨ No experience needed!
I will personally train you and be on every job with you to start. There is room to grow, and potential to eventually take on your own cleanings if it’s a good fit!

🦠 Flu Season Heads Up 🦠

Flu season is definitely here, and it’s been a rough one! I just wanted to kindly remind everyone that if there is any illness in your household, please don’t hesitate to reach out to cancel or reschedule your cleaning. There is absolutely no stress or inconvenience in doing so — I truly understand.

I have a family of my own and also run multiple businesses, so doing my best to stay healthy helps me continue showing up for all of my amazing clients. Communication is always appreciated and never an issue 🤍

A few simple things that can help during flu season:
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, and remotes
• Use disinfecting sprays or wipes (like Lysol) regularly
• Open windows when possible to let in fresh air
• Lots of handwashing

As the owner of this business, I want you to know that you never need to feel embarrassed or nervous inviting me into your home. That is truly the last thing I would want. I am not here to judge — I’m here to serve.

I’m so so grateful for the last two years full of amazing opportunities! I can’t be more blessed and thankful for some absolutely amazing clients! 🫶🏼
