🇺🇸 NEVER FORGET 🇺🇸
It’s hard to truly understand something that happened a lifetime ago.
I was only 4 years old on September 11, 2001. Some people my age may remember pieces of what they saw on TV. Our parents and grandparents remember exactly where they were and what they were doing when the world seemed to stop.
And today, millions of Americans weren’t even born yet.
But that doesn’t mean we forget.
We remember the innocent lives that were lost. We remember the families whose lives changed forever. And we remember the firefighters, police officers, first responders, military members, and ordinary people who showed extraordinary courage.
While others were running away from danger, they ran toward it. Some went in knowing they might never come back out.
Twenty-five years later, their bravery still deserves to be remembered.
Teach the next generation what happened.
Tell the stories.
Remember the names.
Honor the sacrifices.
September 11, 2001 🇺🇸
Never forget.
