We are a local commercial cleaning company that is branching into residential and steam cleaning and operates on employee first principles.
Wonderland Cleaning is hiring for carpet cleaning technician positions starting from $25-30/hr based on experience.
We also offer 1 to 2 hour travel bonuses and offer job minimum bonuses (If you finish a job faster than the "minimum" you get paid the minimum regardless.) Daily travel bonuses mean you will actually make over your base rate!
Experience and a true love for cleaning are appreciated. We operate on employee-first principles and never force people to take on extra shifts or work weekends.
Anytime you choose to work an emergency shift you receive 1-5 hours bonus time, and any days you work over 10 hours you receive time and a half. We also give double-time for major holidays, annual and Xmas bonuses, and give financial assistance to employees with medical or personal emergencies.

We have a great fun work atmosphere and only work for kind clients. The owner also has a 25 acre property where we host company BBQ's, campouts, and creative events.
