Here at Phairy Dusterz Cleaning Services, we are very big on respect and providing our clients with the same respect and quality cleaning deserved at a price they’ll love.
Today, we experienced a verbally disrespectful client whom we had to cancelled on the spot! We will not tolerate verbal abuse, threats, or anything disrespectful just because you are “having a bad day” and I quote. We have been in this business for over 8 yrs and have NEVER had this situation occur or received any complaints/bad reviews! We apologize to our employees whom had to endure this type of behavior and they were, at least, compensated for their time and travel expenses with set deposit. They followed protocol, took pictures before leaving, secured homes entry, called home office, and waited in their vehicle for further instructions on what to do moving forward. This client wanted to be argumentative, combative and threw numerous profane , derogatory remarks which led to my team being uncomfortable moving forward. Our goal is to always protect our Phairyz and client in situations as such. Management made the final decision to not service this client after trying to come to a compromise based on our phone conversation ,which was nothing short of being very rude and verbally inappropriate with our resource staff.
Security deposits are put in place for specific purposes and are non refundable per policy. Assurance, Time, travel, gas, No shows, safety, etc. Our work speaks for itself! We are a family owned company and pride ourselves on being able to provide safe, reliable, affordable quality services.
