(2 part water base c144 joint sand.)
Flood coated.

Joint sand color options choices (tan - fieldstone - black) we dont tint the sand to match unless you want that done.

Full interior repaint on a 3br 2ba house
(Comming back to do doors and trim early next year when it is installed)
-*Ceilings sprayed flat extra white in all rooms and closets.
All other paint sheens were done in (satin)
(Handcut and rolled)
-* Sw color Aquamarine in 2Br & 2 Closets
-* Sw color Ravishing Coral in 1Br & Closets
-*Sw color Nomadic Desert in Living /kitchen / dining / hallways & 2ba

Everything was coated 2x

Scope of this job
*Pavers cleaned with acid and algecide and rinsed till clean.

*Joints resanded to the perfect level with proper ASTM-C144 joint sand hydro compact method.

*Sealed with 15 gallons of 2k Acrylic urethane in under 2 hours! To a semi-gloss finish.

Paver strip and seal job.
We removed failed 1k (1 part) acrylic urethane and replaced with 2k (2 part) acrylic urethane.

Crystal clear will last much longer!

The after photos are taken one day after sealing the job.
Rain came down day after we sealed.
you can see the water just beads up after sealing, the texture is improved, the color is brought out and the sand is secure.

Joint sand color choosen here was (TAN c144 surebond)

Full color change!
Paver sealing / restoration work. Old poly sand removal, chemical cleaning , color tint change (semi transparent) ,new sand , and new sealer.

This is semi transparent tint level we also can do deeper tint coloring for more solid look.
