My Great Grandmother Ida aka Granny for us all made quilts for years for the
family, I have 3 of these quilts myself 1 thats got so many holes i hate to think of
the day i should acutally get rid of it or it just might not make it through its next
washing. As Granny's arthritis took away her love of quilting i went and asked her
to teach me how and i spent one of my best most memroable days wi

th her and
made my very first lap quilt. I have since made a queen size one for my bed
(OMG lots of work without a tieing rack) decided to kick down the size till i lived
in a place i could have a rack and save my wrists and frustrations and started
making baby/lap quilts. i have since made quite a few and everyone has loved
them so here i am hoping to keep up my new passion and share some of these
wonderful comforting hand tied quilts. I recently learned how to weld and now enjoy making horse shoe art and venturing into what other wonders welding can make.

These are made to order only. These are photos of items I have made in the past. All can be recreated some may very in size and shape a little depending on the shoes used to create the piece. All shoes are recycled shoes that have been used. Each shoe is cleaned as much as possible. All pieces are sprayed with a rust stop and then painted to color of choice or clear coated.
