When a BIG chain Corporation makes a mistake do you just stop shopping from there? When Amazon sends you a package that was damaged, do you bash them on Facebook and tell them how disappointed you are? When your Dr’s office, hair dresser or whatever has a schedule change and shortage of staff do you Bash them and tell them how disappointed you are in them? The Answer is NO and you should not Bash and talk down to Small Business owners either. Most of us are working solo. We do not have 20-30 employees that can pick up the slack! Heck we dnt even have 1! We have ourselves and we drag our feet in the house sometimes at 12AM or later after trying to get everything done that day. Then we sit and we try to figure out inventory, schedules for the next week and so forth.

So before you BASH us, tell us how disappointed you are in us. Look at the fingers pointing back at yourself and ask yourself are you perfect? Do you make mistakes? Do you run yourself thin to make life a little easier for others? Are the BIG Chains doing everything they can to make you happy or just to make a dollar? Also ask yourself this... Does the small business you are putting down have a family? Are they Human? Do mistakes happen? Ask that again DO YOU MAKE MISTAKES!!???

Y’all please be respectful to your small business owners and realize that we are humans trying to survive and take care of our family. You are not just a number in our book or a dollar sign on paper. You matter, you become family to us.
