Cleaning tip Tuesday! Because we skipped last week here’s 2 of them for you to try 🤗
Homemade All-Purpose Cleaner – Four ingredients and thirty seconds to mix it up is all it takes! Customize the scent with essential oils.
Yield: 16 ounces
Equipment:
16-oz glass spray bottle
Materials:
1 tsp borax
1 tsp Castile soap
½ tsp washing soda (not baking soda!)
4 drops lemon essential oil
4 drops lavender essential oil
10 drops orange essential oil
2 cups distilled water
Instructions:
Place borax, washing soda, essential oils, and soap in a spray bottle (preferably glass).
Add distilled water until the bottle is almost full. Be sure to leave room for the sprayer. Distilled water is best, but any water that has been boiled will work.
Screw on the lid and shake well. Use as needed. I use it as a bathroom cleaner, floor pre-treater, kitchen cleaner, and on toys.
Notes:
Store your cleaner away from direct light and heat. It should last for about 3 months when stored properly.
Glass Cleaner – No need for that bright blue, highly scented stuff … vinegar + water cuts through dirt and leaves glass streak-free.
