There is a need for affordable housing in Pittsburgh. With a lot of construction and renovation going on here, those of lower income are being "pushed out" and are trying to find affordable places to live. I provide some of that. My house has apartments in it that I rent out at very affordable rates. I have been doing it for 26 years. I am retired and now need to make some repairs and renovations for code and safety reasons in order to continue to do so.
