I have over 25 years of facility and healthcare event experience managing and supervising to include :
DiamondBoxx, Mullett Arena, Phoenix Childrens Hospital, Abrazo Healthcare, Gila River Arena,Transdev Services, Inc, Sky Harbor International Airport, Wild Horse Pass Casino & Resort and the Arizona Cactus League. During that time, my workforce groups ranged from 6 to 250 employees. I have covered events such as Super Bowl XLIX at University of Phoenix Stadium, NFL Pro Bowl, Cactus League Spring Training, Tostitos Fiesta Bowl, Arizona Cardinals and ASU games, and a Presidential Debate. Customer service is a top priority and I work to resolve any concerns or issues to proper satisfaction. Also, I constantly analyze work flow to determine potential efficiencies and conduct regular quality control inspections to assess outcomes.
In my most relevant work history, I am currently the Environmental Services Manager at Mullett Arena. I conduct facility environmental care rounds, human resources, scheduling, inspections, assign work, cross-train staff and work for continuous process improvement. Also, I was the Housekeeping Manager at Phoenix Childrens Hospital, Abrazo Health and Gila River Arena in Glendale, Arizona. I had responsibility for overall management, planning, coordination and training of the housekeeping personnel and event services at all my previous jobs.. My approach is to always determine the most effective methods to maintain the appearance and operation of the facility/venue, while closely monitoring safety. I have worked with multiple stakeholders to ensure needs were met in each position I have held. Prior to the arena, I supervised cleaning at Sky Harbor International Airport covering 2.5 million square feet, managing a staff of 250 employees. There were 3 main terminals and the rental car facility that fell under my responsibility to maintain.
