WE NEED CAPITAL TO EXPAND OUR BUSINESS. (Surprise)
Hello. Thank you in advance for reading. We are a couple who have been in business together, for 10 years. We do residential and commercial house cleaning. As well as junk removal.
We would like to expand into the dumpster rental business. Specializing in smaller dumpsters, geared towards residential customers.
Dumpster rental will be a great addition to our current businesses. Especially since the permits and licenses are the same, as the ones we currently have.
I don't want to list specific numbers on here. With the model we have in mind, this would be a great opportunity. Relatively low overhead, with favorable profit margins.
In addition to the permits, we currently have a brand new 1-ton truck. It's set up with a gooseneck towing hitch and outfitted with equipment, that is ideal for transporting dumpsters.
The only part that we lack is the roll-off trailer, signage and dumpsters.
We are posting here, and hopes of finding someone to loan us money or a silent partner.
We have tried getting a bank loan and have not been approved. We were only approved for the truck. Therefore a bank loan is not an option for us.
To lease-to-own the roll off trailer, several dumpsters and purchase signage. We need $10,000 minimum. With a higher dollar amount, we would simply lease-to-own more dumpsters and purchase. some mainstream advertising.
As far as an amount of interest or a percentage of net profits and a timeline for repayment. We are very flexible.
Once funded, It would take roughly 2 weeks to be running and generating cash.
