Flexible part time during school hours (any combo of days Tuesday thru Friday with the potential for extra hours)

Perfectly Polished Cleaning Co is seeking reliable, kind, hard working individuals who have an eye for detail. They will begin as part time positions with flexible hours but can scale up if you chose. (Great for moms of littles wanting to work during school hours only)

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Housecleaning services in residential homes & commercial properties
- Duties include dusting, wiping surfaces, cleaning mirrors/doors, bathrooms, kitchens, sweep/vacuum and mop floors, and more.
- Candidate must possess basic cleaning knowledge and be eager to learn. Previous experience is a major bonus
- Schedules vary based on your days/hours desired
- Most days are 4-6 hours (including drive times)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Local to South Jersey
- Proof of valid driver’s license and insurance
- A clear background check
- Ability to bend & reach (we’re VERY thorough cleaners)
- Ability to sometimes lift/move light items ; for example, dining room chairs, end tables, vacuum, tote of supplies and products, etc
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Eager to please clients
- Pays attention to detail
- Desire to meet new people and form lasting relationships with them
- Desire to go above and beyond

COMPENSATION
- $15-$20 an hour to start based on experience; paid weekly
- Welcome kit with supplies and products provided
- Periodic performance-based raises
- Time & performance based bonuses
- Make your own schedule
- Paid training
- Tips
