We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team in Philadelphia/ Bucks County. This role offers flexible hours and has the potential to transition into a full-time position. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality cleaning services at residential and commercial locations.
We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, is self-motivated, and can work independently. You must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle, as travel between job sites is required. Gas and cleaning supplies will be provided.
Starting Pay: $20 per hour
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
General Cleaning:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned areas.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Empty trash and replace liners.
Wipe down surfaces, including windows, mirrors, and appliances.
Deep Cleaning:
Perform detailed cleaning tasks as needed, such as scrubbing floors, baseboards, and grout.
Spot-clean walls, doors, and high-touch areas.
Supply Management:
Keep track of cleaning supplies and inform management when restocking is needed.
Travel & Time Management:
Arrive on time and complete jobs efficiently.
Travel between job sites using a personal vehicle (gas is covered).
Safety & Compliance:
Follow proper cleaning and sanitization procedures.
Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (travel between job sites required).
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends if needed.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks.
