Over the last 13 days, the world has watched in horror at the atrocities being committed in Ukrainie. We have also been inspired and awed by the determination courage of the Ukrainian people.
Over 2 million Ukrainian refugees have been driven from their country. These refugees consist of women, children, the infirm and the elderly. They have been driven from their homes with the clothing on their back and a lifetime of pocessions whittled down to what they can carry.
Thoughts and prayers are not enough. Saying we stand with Ukrainie is not enough. It is in that spirit that Home Maid Easy will be donating 30% of all profits for the duration of the war in Ukrainie to World Central Kitchen.
WCK is a non-profit organization that sets up mobile kitchen to provide meals to those experiencing natural disasters, man-made crises, and humanitarian emergencies around the world. They currently have mobile kitchen at the Ukrainian boarder providing hot meals and support to our Ukrainian Brothers and Sisters.
