Cleaning companies, established crews, and independent cleaners — we want to hear from YOU!

JustKlean is looking to connect with dependable, detail-oriented individuals and teams with Airbnb and vacation rental turnover experience in Brevard, Transylvania County, and surrounding areas.

We are expanding our network of cleaning partners and looking for individuals or teams who take pride in their work, understand the importance of same-day turnovers, and know what it takes to have a property guest-ready!

💰 Competitive, property-based pay with opportunities for continued work.

✅ To be considered, you must:

* Operate as an independent business and provide a completed W-9.

🤒 A Little Reminder as We Head Into Sick Season 🤒

JustKlean will never be upset with you for canceling or rescheduling because someone in your home is sick. We understand that illness happens—especially with school starting and cold, flu, stomach bug, COVID, and strep season begin making their rounds.

If anyone in your household is experiencing a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, flu-like symptoms, or something contagious, please let us know as soon as possible. We will gladly work with you to reschedule your cleaning.

Our team members have children, spouses, elderly relatives, and medically vulnerable loved ones at home. One exposure can affect an entire family, take a cleaner out of work, and impact several clients scheduled after your home.

We promise—we are not upset, and you do not need to feel guilty. We would much rather rearrange the schedule than risk spreading sickness from one household to another.

The same respect will always be given to our clients. If one of our team members is sick, we will communicate with you and make the safest decision possible—even if that means adjusting your scheduled cleaning.

Honesty, communication, and consideration help us protect our clients, our crew, and all the families who depend on us. Thank you for helping JustKlean keep our community clean, healthy, and cared for this sick season. 💚

Things I’ve heard as a professional cleaner that drive me INSANEEEE 😂🧹

“The house looks great, but why wasn’t THIS done?”

Because it wasn’t included in the clean. 😩 Please—READ. THE. CHECKLIST. Your quote tells you exactly what is included. If you want something done that isn’t listed, just tell us before accepting the quote so we can add it and price it accordingly. We can’t meet expectations we didn’t know you had. 😂

“I can find someone cheaper.”

And you absolutely can! I will never be mad at somebody for choosing what fits their budget. But make sure you’re comparing the actual service—not just the price.

Are they completing a full checklist? Removing soap scum and hard-water buildup? Cleaning around toilet hinges, baseboards, cabinet fronts and all those little corners everyone likes to pretend don’t exist? 👀

“I found someone who can do it way faster.”

Okayyyy… but faster doesn’t always mean better. 😂

Are they preventing cross-contamination? Changing cloths between areas? Using the correct products on each surface? Allowing disinfectant enough time to actually disinfect?

I promise I’m not spending 45 minutes in your bathroom because I enjoy hanging out beside your toilet. I’m in there SCRUBBING. 😭😂

“Why does a deep clean cost so much?”

Because the word DEEP is there for a reason. We aren’t just wiping the counters, vacuuming, mopping and spraying something that smells good.

Sometimes we’re removing buildup that took months—or even years—to get there. That takes time, products, equipment and a whole lot of elbow grease.

“It should only take a couple of hours.”

My back and knees would LOVE that. 😂 But the size of the home doesn’t always determine the amount of time needed. A smaller home with heavy buildup can take longer than a larger home that has been regularly maintained.

“I can’t afford your prices.”

Sometimes that is genuinely true, and there is absolutely no shame in that. ❤️ But there is a difference between a service not fitting your current budget and a professional cleaner being “too expensive.”

Professional cleaning is a luxury service—just like hair, nails, eating out, shopping, vacations and hobbies. We all choose where our extra money goes, and that’s okay!

There will ALWAYS be someone cheaper.

There will ALWAYS be someone faster.

And JustKlean is okay with that. 🫶🏼

We aren’t trying to be the cheapest cleaning company.

We’re trying to be the cleaning company you hire once—and then refuse to let anyone else clean your home again. ✨

✨ Booked, Busy & Grateful ✨

JustKlean has been a little quiet on social media because we’ve been busy doing what we love—serving our amazing clients and community!

We are currently fully booked for recurring residential cleaning and are not accepting new residential clients at this time. However, we do have limited openings for vacation rentals and commercial properties.

We’re still here, still growing, and still cleaning up one mess at a time. Thank you for continuing to trust and support JustKlean! 💚

🚨 Public Service Announcement from Your Friendly Cleaning Crew 🚨

To our amazing guests…

If you wear contacts 👀 or use pimple patches ✨, we have just one tiny favor…

Please don’t leave them stuck to the bathroom vanity, mirrors, headboards, sheets… or, for the love of all things clean, the kitchen counters. 😭

They are not decorations.
They are not souvenirs.
And they definitely do not belong where we find them. 😂 A trash can is only a few steps away, and we promise it won’t be offended if you use it.

And before anyone comes for us…
“Don’t y’all wear gloves?”
Why yes. Yes, we do. 😅

But have you ever tried peeling a dried-up pimple patch or contact lens off a surface while wearing gloves? It’s like trying to pick up a wet Cheerio with oven mitts.

Sincerely,
The cleaners who have seen way too much. 🧽🤣
