Good afternoon. We want to inform you of a delay in delivery of your items. Between intermittent internet outages and production delays, we are unable to complete processing as scheduled and our deliveries for tomorrow will be delayed. We apologize. It is our plan to delayed delivery until the next service day (Tuesday). If you have items you must have back before then please reply to this message and we will do everything we can to get them to you by the end of business tomorrow. Please know we will be picking up tomorrow as scheduled. Again we apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience and continued patronage. Items picked upon Monday, December 22nd will be returned on Monday, December 29th. Items picked up on Tuesday, December 23rd will be returned on Tuesday, December 30th.

There will be no service on Thursday, December 25th and Friday, December 26th in observance of Christmas Day.

Items picked upon Monday, December 29th will be returned on Monday, January 5th. Items picked up on Tuesday, December 30th will be returned on Tuesday, January 6th.

There will be no service on Thursday, January 1st. and Friday, January 2nd in observance of New Years' Day.
