Flat Rock Property Wash is excited to announce that we will be offering subscription options for the 2026 season! The problem with cleaning is that windows, siding, concrete, etc just get dirty again, but it would cost a lot to stay on top of it at regular cleaning prices. That's why we will offer an initial cleaning at regular price and then a maintenance fee for monthly or quarterly cleanings for windows and semi-annual prevention for siding, concrete, etc. The subscriptions will last the duration of the wash season, which is generally March through November. Prices for windows are based on the number of window panes. Ask about details and discounts!
