I don't understand, my prices are affordable I have 26 years of experience and can't get my phone to ring. I'll give a breakdown of my prices I do not charge a flat rate, as every house is different and I want to be fair to my clients if your carpet or upholstery is very dirty you'll need more solutions and more labor so the cost is more if your carpet or upholstery is relatively clean it's cheaper. Fair enough right?
Maintenance cleaning is $15 per room that is a man machine and a mild detergent. (It is designed to clean relatively clean carpet)
Corrective cleaning is an additional $30 per room. (Judged solely on how much of the solution I need if you have a spot in one room and another room is filthy I should only require one room of the solution)
Sanitizer / deodorizer $20 per room. (I offer this to everyone because I feel it is important, some people want it some people do not, it is not a requirement)
Stain shield to protect the carpet is $40 per room. (Not for everyone as some carpet isn't worth the expense, example if it is worn and at the end of its life)
These prices are affordable in comparison to every other company I know of I don't do this to get rich, just to get by and help my community save some money.
