Hey there! I’m Emily, a military wife, mom, and bonus mom with a heart for service, home, and hard work.

EZPZ Cleaning LLC was born during one of the toughest seasons of my life while my husband was on a year long deployment. With grit, prayer, and a vision for more, I built this business from the ground up in Ohio. It quickly grew, and I had the honor of serving many amazing clients and building a reputation based on trust, excellence, and heart.

‼️Reminder‼️ CLEAN YOUR COFFEE MAKERS‼️ don’t be that person that lets things build up until your coffee maker quits on you.

How to Clean Your Coffee Pot (Because Nobody Likes Coffee with a Side of Funk)

Let’s face it, your coffee pot has seen some things. If your morning brew tastes more like “yesterday” than “yay,” it’s time to give that bad boy a clean. Here’s how to rescue your coffee from tasting like an old sock (we’ve all been there)

Step 1: Dump the Science Experiment

First things first—get rid of whatever mystery brew has been sitting in the pot. We know, you were definitely going to drink it later, but it’s time to let go.

Step 2: Vinegar (Not Just for Salad Dressing)

Fill the reservoir with equal parts water and white vinegar. Yes, it’ll smell like a salad bar in here for a bit, but vinegar is the magic potion that dissolves all that gunk. Run a full brew cycle. Bonus: Your coffee maker will now smell like your grandma’s kitchen.

Step 3: Rinse and Repeat (Literally)

Once the vinegar works its magic, run a couple of cycles with just water to flush out the smell. Unless you want your coffee to taste like vinaigrette (which we do not recommend).

Step 4: Get in There

Don’t forget the coffee pot itself! Give it a good scrub with warm soapy water. If your pot has that brown, “I’ve seen things” look, sprinkle some baking soda in there and scrub like you mean it.

Step 5: The Final Touch

Wipe down the outside, the hot plate, and any buttons. Make sure you don’t forget the needle in the Keurig if this applies to your coffee maker and your coffee pot will thank you for getting in behind the clear water pipes and the exit holes where the coffee comes out. Do not forget the water tank… Trust me, that gunk is not flavor. Now your coffee maker is gleaming, and you can get back to the important things….like pretending you’re not going to spill coffee on your shirt five minutes later.

Now go brew a fresh pot that tastes like coffee, not last week’s regrets! ☕✨

I didn’t get pictures of the Keurig inside because it was little more difficult to get the camera to focus on the smaller openings and it was too dark to see.. rest assured it was a mess and now it is like new!

Get the inside of those windows freshened up!! Spring is upon us and those windows will be open more. No one wants extra dirt and dust flying in from what is sitting on the inside panels.

-A Mr. Clean pad, tooth brush and cloth with your favorite spray cleaner is all you need for this project!

-I use dawndishsoap and vinegar for my all purpose cleaner. I’m not one for sniffing chemicals all day!
