The restroom gets cleaned every day. Elevator buttons often do not. High-touch surfaces like elevator panels, door handles, light switches, and shared equipment. See constant contact throughout the day.

A few extra minutes of targeted disinfection makes a major difference, especially during flu season.

What does professional commercial cleaning actually look like?

It’s paying attention to the areas that are easy to overlook:

1. Floor edges and corners. The open floor gets mopped, but buildup often collects along baseboards and tight corners.
2. High dusting. Vents, light fixtures, door frames, and other elevated surfaces need routine attention—not just when dust becomes visible.
3.Trash cans. Replacing the liner is only part of the job. The actual bin needs to be cleaned and sanitized too.

At RBM, cleaning is about maintaining the entire facility, not just what’s immediately visible.

Save this before your next facility inspection.

No obligation. The goal is to help you see the building the way occupants and visitors see it.
