All walls dusted and some areas wiped; HOWEVER if you need walls washed (and aren't flat paint) it is an additional amount to wash walls per room.
2. All over head; ceiling fans, over windows, over doors, ceilings etc
3. All molding areas cleaned; window casings, baseboards, thresholds, door entry ways, hinge areas, blinds vacuumed, doors dusted and washed.Light fixtures dusted and washed if able. HOWEVER window washing is an additional 5.00 per window. Also to have blinds washed is 5.00 per blind. (minimal stuff I wipe off)
4. Floors are vacuumed, edged and then moped if no carpet.
5. Bathrooms are scrubbed top to bottom, cabinets wiped inside and out, drawers cleaned, etc... however for a deep clean cabineys must be emptied to wiped out. grout cleaning is additional if you have tile. I clean it well but if the grout is discolored we can discuss measures of cleaning it.

Kitchens are scrubbed top to bottom, cabinets wiped inside and out as long as there are no contents left insdide, drawers cleans, appliances pulled out that are able and cleaned behind/sides and put back and insides thoroughly cleaned out, counter tops scrubbed, sinks scrubbed, inside of refridgerator can be cleaned out as well if emptied etc Again if there is a grout issue is an additional amount. IMPORTANT: If you have had animals in the home there will be a 50.00 additional fee added to the move out WHICH CAN BE WAVED once I get there, should the property not show huge signs of animal hair.
