Drop straight into salt water pool / hot tub lounge wear and start planning the week.Open + apps - match itinerary to weather.First part of our week was 70-80° optimal hiking days. Make trip to and grocery for the weekhot take:- eating out is amazing - but we like to eat organic, pastured, local etc. We can eat waaaay better and save tons of money planning to eat before we go out and bring picnic /snacks/beverages. We always travel this way. Food prep and meals are times to connect. This frees up money for experiences.hot tip:- Insulated reusable water bottle is a must - higher altitude + dry heat - get dehydrated faster- Coolers w ice packs for day trip packingDay 2Lower antelope canyon (viator) (approx $55.00 each)hot tip: - Make sure sunny day or pics wont be giving. - Plan to only take in camera and water bottle - no bags, backpacks, f***y packs (sacred ground - leave no trace - take nothing out) - There is a snack /cafe on siteDay 3@GoldfieldGhostTown: Superstition Zipline / local vendors (groupon)(Approx 20.00 each)hot tip: - They offer photos at 14.00 each - you think you won’t buy them - but you will - try to find out when pic is taken so you can get the shot worth paying for ; )- Some shops do not allow photos inside - be respectful - plenty of good shots outsidePeruse various shops - support local makers of soaps, pottery, jewelry, salsa, crafts, chocolates, geo rocks, coffee, baked goods and cactus (they pack for shipping)!Visit the church on the mount, and take in the cowboy commandments.Several activities like local little train ride around, dress up in western/ victorian costumes and get photos, bo****lo and mine tours, eat at the restaurant and finish off with a stop at the ice cream shoppeWe did not do ghost activities - but if thats your thing.Weekends Nov-April you will catch the gunfights from high noon to 4pmCheck out part 2 for days 4-7Drop questions in comments - will happily share deets ; )
