Detail Dash had the pleasure of working on this Beautiful Truck today. Pictures don't do it much justice, it was so bright outside today. The truck had a handful of light scratches, Water spots, and swirls.
We Did a 1 step polish&wax followed by an Interior & Exterior Detail. Beautiful, Shining and protected Truck as well as a beyond happy client. Some people say " you can't polish in the sunlight" They may not be able to, Some people may not be able to, But I'm the Boss at this. You just have to know what you are doing!

Hello Friends & Family of Detail Dash.
Hope everyone had a good Friday, I'm so behind on Social Media post. Building a business from ground up, Taking care of all the social media, Finances, Billing, Maintenance, And All of the Details is Tuff, However I strive to keep everything in house with the least amount of overhead as possible, So that we can provide all you wonderful people with Amazing prices and Top quality. I try to post different types of Details, Every Detail Business in the Country post pics & videos of Cars and Trucks. Those pics get boring.

Today we completed a 6 hour Detail on a stunning Harley Davidson. She definitely needed some TLC

I started with a deep wash, In order to see what I was working with, Followed by A complete Clean and polish of all the Chrome ( It was covered in Pitting & Rust. Then a Clay bar Treatment to remove all contamination from the paint, Polished all painted surfaces. Prep & Application of a 5 year Ceramic Coating. ( I told the gentleman I needed to ride it to dry the coating, He said no 😂. I tried.

Ppf. For a few years I considered ppf a good thing! I mean protection for your vehicle sounds great right? It protects against bugs, rock chips and more! We see the hype of "PPF"shops popping up all over the place offering it, What they don't tell you is that it only lasts so long before yellowing, Cracking and mildewing as you see in the pictures.

This was a job Detail Dash completed over the weekend and it was definitely a job. Installing ppf is very simple, However removing it is a nightmare, We spent 7 hours nonstop with a Plastic Razor Blade, 3m adhesive Remover, and lots of prayers to remove all of this PPF.

There are many ways to protect your vehicles
Find you a Reputable Detailer and they will help you get some long lasting protection on your vehicles without going the route of PPF, Which will cost you 3 times the amount to have it removed.

Beautiful 8 year Ceramic Coating
Installed on a brand New vehicle. Most clients that buy new cars , Believe that the paint is in top notch condition ( It should be for the price) However that's not accurate. Dealerships coat the vehicles with heavy wax, fillers and so on to Give the perfect appearance. Which is why a few weeks after buying the vehicle, It's not as pretty!

You have to be a pro or a Badass to properly Detail these Black vehicles in 100 Degrees, Direct ☀️
This beautiful brand new suv was a victim to an automatic car wash. Only being a month old and being washed one time I had an automatic car wash this vehicle was covered top to bottom in swirls and scratches. People please if you're going to invest in a brand new vehicle or a nice vehicle at all do not take it through an automatic car wash for more reasons than one they are horrible for the exterior of your vehicle! Call a local detailer and explain to them you just bought a brand new vehicle and would like to keep it that way, Almost all detailers have some type of maintenance plan where you can get a discounted rate for biweekly or monthly washes. I offer maintenance plans as well as many other great Detailers in Panama City Florida. In the long run it will save you money and protect your investment.

On this vehicle
I went with the full detail
A light full polish
And a coat of wax, after seeing what the automatic car wash did to this vehicle they immediately jumped on a monthly maintenance plan.

For anyone wondering, this vehicle was washed at Tidal wave on Tyndall parkway. That's where the damage came from however as I stated it's every automatic car wash!
