Now Hiring – Cleaning Assistant (Flexible Days)
I’m looking for a reliable and hardworking person to help with my growing cleaning business. I started this company from the ground up, and I take a lot of pride in the work we do.
What I’m looking for:
• Reliable and shows up on time
• Good communication
• Positive attitude and willing to accept constructive criticism
• Cleaning experience is a plus but not required — I’m happy to train the right person
Schedule:
This can be a few days a week or close to everyday depending on availability. Spring and summer are our busiest seasons.
Childcare:
I understand how difficult it can be mentally and financially to find good childcare — I started this business when I didn’t have childcare myself. Because of that, you may bring your child with you during the spring and summer season, but you are responsible for caring for your child while still completing your work.
Off Season:
During the slower season, I give back to the community by providing free cleanings to those in need. If you choose to continue helping during that time, it would be volunteer work rather than paid work.
