I had the pleasure of picking this car seat up from a hard-working mama who’s been juggling everything. A full-time job, a toddler, and the never ending to-do list that comes with both.

She said she couldn’t remember the last time she could get to it. And honestly? I felt that in my soul.

Because when you’re in the thick of mom life working, parenting, and trying to keep yourself alive, some things just don’t make the cut. A sticky, crumb-filled car seat is usually the last thing on the list for parents who’ve been cleaning up after their “little angels” all day

So I took it off her plate.

I deep cleaned every inch, vacuumed the snack stash, scrubbed out the spills, and made sure every buckle and strap was fresh and baby-safe.

Moms shouldn’t have to do it all. Especially not alone.

Last night I tackled another Tidy Tushies job and this one was ready for a refresh.

Even though the seat showed a little wear on the armrests I took a minute to appreciate the battle scars, then focused on what I could fix. Vacuuming crumbs, treating those sticky spots, and giving the whole seat a deep clean it definitely deserved.

Tidy Tushies is just getting started! But I’m already loving every minute. If your car seat’s looking a little rough around the edges, I’d be happy to bring it back to life.

Today I had the opportunity to detail a well-loved car seat and give it a fresh start. I spent time vacuuming out crumbs, lifting set-in stains, and making sure every inch was cleaned and refreshed. There’s something really satisfying about seeing the before and after side by side. Even more satisfying knowing a little one will be riding around in a cleaner, more comfortable seat.

This is exactly why I started Tidy Tushies. To offer parents a service that makes life a little easier, a little cleaner, and a lot more comfortable. Car seats are a big part of everyday life for families, but they’re not the easiest thing to clean... That’s where I come in.

I’m so proud of how this first job turned out, and I’m excited to keep going. I’ll be sharing more transformations as I go, so if you’ve got a car seat that could use a good deep clean, I’d love to help.
