Taking appointments. $125 for an inspection and $225 for a sweep (which includes the inspection). Taxes included. I have decided to not do air duct cleaning at this time due to a busy schedule and alot of reschedules. Will start to schedule air duct cleanings in the spring. If your not feeling well or someone in your household isn't feeling well I am allowing cancelations and reschedule up to an hour before scheduled time with no fees or hard feelings. As a business that enters peoples homes I have decided to put a hold on all services until this Coronavirus is better understood and to do my part in not spreading or contaminating any homes including my own. If you would like to be on a list to be called with availability when all this is under control or better understood please send me a message via messenger or text message 402-874-0440. Thanks for your understanding in these hard times. As money will be tight because of people not working or having to pay medical bills I will be having a special also. Chimney inspections will be $75, sweeps $150 (discounts for multiple), dryer vents $50 (for lengths under 10 ft.), and air duct vents $199-$350 (not to exceed $350 no matter size of system). How do you know if you are having a chimney fire? Here are some major signs to look for:
💥A loud, crackling or popping noise from the chimney flue.
💥A lot of dense, thick smoke coming into the fireplace or out of the top of the chimney.
💥Flames or things that are on fire (pieces of flaming creosote) coming from the top of the chimney.
💥A strong, intensely hot smell.
💥A roaring sound, often described as being like a freight train or airplane.

💥If you experience any of these in your chimney, contact the fire department IMMEDIATELY.💥

It was a cold one this last 24 hrs with snow and more expected freezing temperatures! Felt great sitting in front of the fire watching football last night! Thankful we didn't lose power, but if we had lost power I know we would of been alright playing board/card games in front of the fireplace. Annual inspections/sweepings give peace of mind and comfort in knowing you have a plan if power does go out!
