We are putting together a Type 1 Diabetes benefit! My niece was diagnosed T1D at the young age of 6, and she is my whole world. Being 12 years old now, I have personally seen the struggles she goes through on a daily basis, that no child should have to go through. From going low, her super highs, to going into DKA 2 times. We want to raise money to find a cure 🫶🏼💙

Money goes to the Breakthrough T1D and to send a child to T1D Camp!

Take advantage of this nice weather and burp your house!

Yes I said burp!! Open up all your windows and let the fresh air in. Even on the coldest days I “burp” my house, for at least 10 mins!

It flushes out the stale air, brings in fresh oxygen, it helps boost my energy, and makes my house feel more alive instead of sealed up!

Mental health matters!

When people see this before and after I’m sure their first thought “omg how do people let it get that bad”. I don’t blame you for thinking that!

But sometimes a messy home isn’t laziness. Sometimes it’s depression, anxiety, burnout, grief, or just being overwhelmed.

One of the reasons I love what I do is because I get to help people breathe again in their own space. I truly believe better mental health starts in your home.

So if your home feels like “too much” right now.. you’re not alone, and you’re not broken! It’s a big step to ask for help and I want you to know that I am here for when you’re ready 🫶🏼
