It's been a while since I've touched base here.
I''m here to do a couple updates.
*Starting in September, I'm restarting my residential openings. This summer was focused on Airbnbs which were very busy, but also I have two boys in school and no childcare, I balance work around them and my husband's work schedule. All of my clients have always been wonderful and understanding that during the school year, if one of my boys is sick and my husband is working, I'm going to have to work with my client to reschedule. If you don't know us personally, my husband is a nurse for LifeFlight of Maine and I'd prefer him to not call out, as I worry it'll result in possible missed trips that are a medical emergency while they find coverage. I want to be upfront and honest about this with any possible new clients. I've had this business for over 4 years and I like to have open communication, and as I understand life cannot be controlled sometimes, I work with the same courtesy that if a client needs to reschedule for their own reasons, that won't be a problem.
* With that all being said, September 8th will be my first day with my schedule opened back up. I'll be offering:
**Bi-weekly cleanings.
**Monthly cleanings
**Depp cleanings
**As needed cleanings: If you have a holiday/birthday/family event coming up and you need the pressure of getting the house taken care of you while you focus on all the preparations, I got you!
I love working with animals in the home, so that will not be a problem. Unless you have a free roaming snake, then I'm out 😅
*One change that I will be making is that I will be charging by the job, instead of hourly. I like to do a walkthrough with the client so they can point out the areas they will or will not like done. This will help ensure a set amount so the client knows what to expect, and if there is anything extra that needs to be done, it'll be discussed and approved, so there is never an extra surprise charge.
*I bring my own cleaning supplies and equipment, but if clients have their own that they prefer to supply, that is completely fine.
