We have been getting a ton of questions on why we created Waashi?⁣
⁣
Short answer because of Covid😷

Long answer is because we are an adventurous family with small kids that loves to travel and needed a safe place to wash our hands on the go on road trips. ⁣Harsh sanitizers and wipes didn't feel clean enough, and trying to wash our hands with a water bottle and soap was messy and inconvenient.
⁣
There was such positive feedback from people asking where they can get one so we decided to go for it with the desire to help other families live life on the go with clean hands 🚌. ⁣Waashi is our solve to help make handwashing simple, convenient and fun for all ages.

First of all thank you so very much for supporting this Kickstarter campaign, your pledges have helped us realize that Waashi is in demand and that there is a need in the market for this amazing product! ⁣
⁣
We have good news and bad news to share with you. Kickstarter is a crowdfunding platform that follows an all-or-nothing funding model, which means that if you fail to reach your funding goal you won't receive any funds. So you won't have to refund backers and you won't be obligated to deliver any rewards. The bad news is that we missed our goal of $30,000 and will not be able to purchase the bulk inventory that we had hoped for and spend funds on advertisement and spreading the word. ⁣
⁣
The good news is that we do want to continue making this a reality!  We have a batch of inventory that will be ready in the next few weeks which is actually a lot sooner than the original June delivery date on Kickstarter! In addition, the Wasshi Go and Wasshi Pro will be produced in different colors which is the only difference in product design. As many of you know there are minimum order quantities when you produce your own color and we will now be purchasing stock inventory therefore, the Waashi Go will have a clear container and the Waashi Pro will have either a Red or Yellow container. ⁣

You will soon be able to purchase a Waashi of your choice directly through Waashi.com. We will keep you posted on the next steps!⁣
