This floor had seen better days!!

A Blair homeowner had some water damage that left their basement concrete rough and worn out. Rather than let it sit through another winter, they got it handled.

Garage & Basement Floors All Winter

Now booking November and December. Here are a few recent floors.

Every one of these was ground down, prepped, and finished with our moisture tolerant epoxy base coat, full flake, and a polyaspartic topcoat. That prep is what keeps a floor from peeling up under hot tires, and it's built to stand up to salt and slush all winter.
And yes, we install all winter long. Garages and basements.. the cold doesn't stop us. Most flake floors take 2 days, done start to finish by us, Marcus and Coby.

Big Box vs Professional Grade flooring system!!

Over time his store bought kit in La Vista started lifting and wearing through. It's one of the most common calls we get, and the difference usually isn't effort. It's the prep and the products:

• Diamond grinding so the coating truly bonds to the slab
• Crack and joint repair first
• Epoxy base coat with a full flake broadcast
• A polyaspartic top coat built for hot tires, road salt, and Nebraska winters

This one was a big one. A 4 stall garage out at Bennington Lake for Matthew and his family, and they wanted something a little different from the standard garage floor.

We went with a custom 1/8" flake. It's a smaller chip than the typical 1/4", so the floor has a tighter, more uniform look across the whole space, and in a garage this size that detail really shows. Under it is a moisture tolerant epoxy base coat that bonds so tightly, in testing the concrete itself breaks before the bond does. On top is a polyaspartic topcoat built to handle the salt, slush, and everything Nebraska winters bring in on your tires.

We did every step ourselves, from grinding the concrete to the final topcoat. No subcontractors, just the two of us making sure it's done right.

Garage floors don't have to wait until spring. We install year round and we're booking November and December now.

Another one done out in Bennington for Brad.

His garage sees a lot of use, tools, gear, the whole setup, so durability mattered just as much as looks. We coated the floor, stem walls, and the stair treads and landing in Stone Wash, tying the whole space together from top to bottom.
