5) GUTTER CLEANING AND (6) POWER WASHING.

1. MOWING/LOT PRESERVATION

We offer many types of lawn repair. Lawn mowing, fertilization, aerating and weed treatment are the most common. Weeding, mulching, tree/shrub pruning and leaf removal are also available, as well as, water management solutions and landscape maintenance.

2. WINDOW CLEANING

We hand clean window surfaces using only the best professional tools and techniques. Our attention to detail is evident by the removal of all water used and the cleaning out of the interior sill and the exterior screen track. Window screen cleaning for standard screens is included in our basic service.

3. CHANDELIER/MIRROR/LIGHT FIXTURE/CEILING FAN CLEANING

We can clean all light fixtures inside and out and most chandeliers. Ceiling fans can be wiped down and oiled. Light bulbs are also cleaned or replaced as needed. We use non-abrasive cleaning solutions for shiny, streak-free and scratch-free results. For your convenience we can set up a quarterly maintenance schedule. Every chandelier is cleaned in the most thorough, detailed and meticulous manner. We use a cotton cloth to hand wash all mirrors. We then use a squeegee to remove water from the glass, leaving mirrors haze and streak free.

4. SNOW REMOVAL

We provide snow removal during the winter months. We can plow your driveways and lots, shovel and salt your walkways. We can also offer roof raking for ice dam prevention, as well as gutter and downspout cleaning.

5. GUTTER CLEANING

No matter what type of gutter system you have, it must be kept clean and free of any obstructions. Even if you have screens, small partials from your roof will get past them and eventually clog your drainage system. This will not only
cause damage to roof line, but your foundation as well. Proper maintenance of gutters is a dangerous job. Trained professionals with the proper equipment should only do it.

6. POWER WASHING

We offer low and high pressure washing for all types of surfaces. Moss, mildew and mold spores usually grow on the north side of structures and behind shrubs, bushes, and tree areas, as well as, driveways, sidewalks and walkways. Pressure washing or hand washing is the best way to keep the surfaces on your property clean and, in many instances, extend the life of those surfaces.
