We got day 1 of this post construction wrapped up.

Now for day 2 getting the insides cleaned out.

After all that we have to get the entire parking lot cleaned up for the first coat of paving to go down Monday!

People always send the end result of a finished product.

What they don’t see it what went into it!

The systems, The plug & play, The multiple trips back to the drawing board, always feeling behind even though your 5 steps ahead planning for down the road, & most of all, what it took to get there!

I love what I do. I would never trade this because it’s where I’m supposed to be and I know where HE is taking us. This is just the beginning!

It’s 9:49 and within the last hour we have closed roughly 3k. One of them was a month old estimate that a reminder was sent to today and she called at 9pm to add a shop to her estimate so we took care of that. We also sent another estimate from today and and closed that as soon as it was sent.

We also have 15 commercial locations that we are bidding from organic networks but we sent out our Intuit Mailchimp automated text to our monthly 3k people and got 6 of those out of that blast.
(I’ve known these DM/VP of two separate companies for about 15 years)
RELATIONSHIPS MATTER!!

Creating recurring revenue, Scaling, & building a brand are our goals for this year. We are locked in to be the best we can be for years to come!

Most people see numbers, we see systems in place taking care of people that have problems that we can solve!
