Due to recent events and for the safety of both my cleaners and myself, I kindly request that if you refer someone to my services, please inform me beforehand, especially if I am unfamiliar with them. There have been instances where I've been in unsafe situations, and I want to ensure the safety of everyone involved.

When requesting services, it is necessary to provide your address, your name, and inform us of anyone who will be present in the home. If our cleaners encounter someone unfamiliar or with whom they feel uncomfortable, we reserve the right to refuse services.

As a business owner, my priority is ensuring a safe environment for myself and my team. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting these guidelines. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have had some recent inquiries in regards to cleaning and I wanted to tell you all who have referred me to your family or friends. A huge thank you from the bottom of my heart. No questions are dumb or just too much.
The answers will help give you the information you need to get an accurately priced clean.

Here is a few NEED TO KNOWS before using my services:
I also have to protect my cleaners and self when providing cleaning services. Please be make sure to give accurate information if meeting for consultation in person.
•If you are a realtor or landlord please make sure you have been to the property and aware that it is empty or if it is an eviction property that there are no squatters.
•If you have any medical waste please make sure it is disposed properly prior to arrival.
•Give a clear description of what you are needing so that expectations are discussed and met.
•Every cleaner is different and not all cleaning is the same.

Hello,
If you were referred by services from a previous or current client plesse let me know who. They get a discount for referrals made that get booked. It also helps protect me when I am out and about cleaning in areas I am unaware. Safety is my first concern when being a woman.
