Our 3D design process captures every curve, every plant, and every outdoor living detail so you can picture your backyard transformation before breaking ground. This tropical resort design features a freeform lagoon-style pool with a tanning beach entry and built-in lounger shelf, a full outdoor wet bar with counter seating and patio umbrellas, a palm tree and tropical plant landscape plan, and an expansive paver deck with chaise lounges and dining space.

This design was built out for a homeowner who decided not to move forward. Their fully designed tropical retreat is now up for grabs.

One of the best parts of our 3D design process is seeing how a pool fits naturally into the existing home and yard before anything is built. This design features a rectangular pool with a clean travertine paver deck, an attached wood pergola with outdoor lounge and dining seating, a covered patio with outdoor chairs off the main living area, and a second pergola structure for a relaxed sitting area, all framed by mature wooded trees in the background.

This backyard was designed for a homeowner who went a different direction. Now it is available for someone ready to build.

The design is finalized and priced before we start, the proposal is itemized so you understand every line, and what we quote is what you pay. This Bluffton build finished exactly on its number. That should be normal.
