We are a fursuit making company based in Southern California. We specialize in "fursuits" that are public friendly mascot-like creations but won't reject similar costume commissions or mascot commissions. WHAT DOES EACH SET CONTAIN?:
-Fullsuit base price includes one pair of outdoor feetpaws, one pair of 5 or 4 finger anthro or 4 finger feral handpaws with fabric or vinyl paw pads, bodysuit, large sized tail or smaller, and static jaw head.
-Partial base price includes one pair of outdoor feetpaws, one pair of handpaws (see above in fullsuit) fabric or vinyl pads included, arm sleeves, medium sized tail or smaller, and static jaw head.
-We no longer offer LEDs in anything but realistic eyes for realistic heads
-We no longer offer moving wings or large wings
-Any toony suit requiring a resin base will start at the realistic suit price
-We will NEVER make copyrighted characters do not ask. QUOTES:
Quotes are good for 3 months from the date we send you a quote unless we state otherwise. WARRANTY:
All of our fullsuits, partials, and heads come with a full 6 month warranty. This warranty covers any general wear and tear done to the suit or any mistakes we made while crafting the suit including seam tears, broken zippers, loose or missing teeth or claws, broken belt loops, and other problems that may come with the usual wear of a fursuit. We DO NOT cover anything caused by roughhousing, dancing, sexual actions, improper storage, incorrect cleaning methods, or any abuse the the suit. To have a repair done simply contact us and explain what the problem is. While there is no fee to fix a suit if it is within its 6 month warranty, we do not pay shipping for the suit to be sent to or from us that is up to you. You are welcome to meet up with us at conventions or meetups to avoid these fees. We can still make repairs on your suit past the warranty for a reasonable fee. The warranty on a suit is voided if you alter the suit in any way without permission from us directly, someone intentionally damages the suit, the suit is used during or near sexual activities, are not the suit's original owner (exceptions: gifts, commissioned for a friend, etc.),
DISCLAIMER: All commissions/ projects/ works done by Dream Suit Studios (DSS) are done in a combination order of payment completion and simplicity of each work. Approximate completion dates will be given at the time of payment completion. DSS reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone who becomes aggressive or violent or begins to harass any of the DSS workers (Arisu Zicorat and Kayara Zicorat also known as Karlie Burford and Lauren Sias respectively). In the case of violence, aggressive behavior, or harassment, DSS reserves the right to refuse or terminate service. In the case of service refusal or termination, the payment other than the non-refundable deposit will be returned. Unless work on a project has already begun. In this case the appropriate amount will be returned along with what has been completed. If the progression of work is further than the equivalent value already paid, then an equivalent amount of completed work to what has been paid will be sent to the client. NOTE: Deposits are ALWAYS NON-REFUNDABLE unless a service is terminated by DSS due to the inability to complete said service. All projects and commissions are done on DSS’s time.
