We got a call recently from a homeowner who was at their wits’ end.
They’d been using another local cleaning company for a while, but appointment after appointment something seemed to go wrong. Cleaners arriving late (or not at all). Different faces every visit, so nothing was consistent. Major communication issues that made it hard to explain what they actually wanted done.
And when they tried to give feedback, they were met with defensiveness instead of solutions.
The final straw was when they came home after a “clean” and realized several areas were completely missed AND a family heirloom was broken with no communication. When they reached out, they were made to feel like they were the problem.
That’s when they found us.
