Here's a recent paver sealing job we completed. This owners pool deck is travertine which is absolutely beautiful stone but as soon as water hits the surface it turns into a scary ice rink! He just had another baby and was very worried that his wife or children would end up hurt because of how slick this surface became when wet. So we removed the old sealer, deep cleaned the pavers and then put on new sealer. After doing multiple coats of sealers and a ton of anti slip coating, this surface is no longer a danger to his family. In the first picture you can really see the difference in the layers!

Love this gate clean up we just completed. While not typically in my scope of work, this customer desperately wanted his gate cleaned up prior to his family coming over for the holidays. That being said there was bushes, vines and other plants completely covering his block work so even if I had cleaned the blocks, this gate wouldn't look great. So I spent the morning pulling all of his bushes, cutting back all the vines and even raking out the area of all the built up leaves. After finishing the prep I went ahead and go all the block work looking like new!

This is part one of a recent horse stall job we had. We completely stripped the bedding from the mats, cleaned under the mats, and then leveled all the mats. We then moved on to pressure washing the mats completely clean before moving to the walls. Removing all the spider webs, dirt, and layers of dirty horse juice was quite a task. Even though the surface wouldn't allow 100% of the staining to release, these stalls look so much cleaner. Now this owner will have no issues keeping her stalls rented out!

Really putting the scrub in scrubhub with this screen we did! For fragile surfaces, scrubbing is often the safest and most effective method. The mesh pattern in screens leaves lots of little nooks and crannies for algae to cling to. We got every inch caked with our soapy solution inside and out to get rid of this stubborn algae. Local resident has about 10 stucco buildings on their property that were way over due for a cleaning. These buildings had green algae, gleocapsomagma (black), and red algae covering all the vertical walls. Gleo typically won't grow on a verified surface unless it grows on top of red algae, so all the places you see that are black also have red algae under it. Red algae is known for eating directly through the paints surface. The owner was so happy to have her property looking brand new again!

This is part two of our Guardian Angels Medical Service Dogs Inc cleaning. With the building being roughly 30 feet tall, it made cleaning these soffits, gutters and facias quite a task. We also cleaned the roof and performed a full restoration of the shingles. The roof is like new, and while looking great, will also function properly and help them save money!

Very happy with how this project turned out and very thankful to serve our community and its veterans. Thank you again to GAMSD for choosing us, and thank you for looking.
