Mass Vehicle Inspections will resume Monday March 2, 2026. The internet is back working. However the Credit Card machine is unavailable until the tech fixes it. He’s due tomorrow as well.

Our internet is still not working as of Friday night, so we are unable to be open for inspections. Our phone is also not working. I’ll be in the office Monday regardless by around 9.
We are accepting brush and tree limbs less than 5 ft long.

Due to the weather forecast for Monday , February 23, 2026 our vehicle inspection station may be closed or delayed in opening. Please call the office to check. It takes a while just to clear the yard for safe passage.

We are open for vehicle inspections.
Yard is plowed and sanded.

2026: Our vehicle inspection station is open Monday - Friday 8am to noon, and 1:00 to 3pm
Our inspector takes a 1/2 hour break between 12-1 so if you are waiting it will only be for a short time until service resumes. Not a full hour.
Inspections take about 20 mins please be patient.
We often have the door closed because the heat is on in the garage.
Please pull up to the waiting line sign enough to notice when the door opens and it’s your turn.

Helpful notes:
We accept payments by cash check-or CC. CC payments occur an additional 4%.
You need a paper registration not on your phone.
If you have new plates they must be attached to your vehicle .
Please take a moment to check thst your basic controls are functional e.g high and low beams, blinkers, wipers.
Clear your seats so he can check your seatbelts.
We are prohibited from making repairs during an inspection.
If there is no one waiting he may be able to do a simple repair after your inspection, such as change a wiper blade.
We are often asked about this: If you have for e.g a 1 on your current sticker and it’s now April when you come in, you will get a 1 ( Jan) sticker. The registery does let you jump forward anymore.

The Mass Vehicle Inspection Station has resumed the Monday -Friday schedule.
Hours are 8 -12. An hour break for lunch resuming inspections at 1 to 3pm.

No appointments
Drop offs allows with prior approval. Discuss with Linda.

Help tips to keep the line moving:
Paper registration required.
Plates must be properly attached to pass.
Cleared seats for seatbelt check.
Have the odometer reading up on your dashboard.
If the battery has been disconnected your vehicle requires a drive cycle to pass. Call the office for information.
The tech can not fix anything at the time of inspection to pass.

Our address is 6 Noons Heights Rd. Google doesn’t recognize this and will send you to Noons Dr. Come straight into the construction yard from Rte 6 .
