🔧 Water Heater Warning Signs

Came across this power-vent water heater that was starting to fail. You can see corrosion and leaking around the tank connections — a common issue as heaters age.

Most homeowners don’t realize their water heater is about to fail until it starts leaking or stops producing hot water altogether.

Out with the old, in with the new.
Removed failing cast-iron sewer pipe and installed new ABS for a cleaner, stronger, and more reliable drain system.

Old cast iron corrodes, flakes, and restricts flow over time. New ABS piping restores proper slope, improves drainage, and helps prevent future backups and leaks.
