I’ve been seeing a lot of sewer and drain issues lately that started as “just a slow drain” and turned into a bigger problem.

🥶 It’s that time again, Northern Utah — freezing temps are here and they don’t mess around.

This is what happens when pipes aren’t protected or winterized properly — one small crack like this can turn into a flooded basement or yard in no time.

Before things freeze solid, make sure your outdoor spigots, crawlspace lines, and any exposed pipes are wrapped up or drained.
