Have you ever seen a pressure regulator valve, meter, and back flow prevention valve all freeze?? Well now you have! The ice broke free at about 8PM which turned this exterior pump house into Niagara Falls. Luckily we reached out to our local supply house who opened the doors for us after hours and supplied us with all new parts and fittings. This location runs 24/7 so leaving anything shut down was not an option. Told the customer to sit back and relax and we would have them back up and running in no time! We then replaced all the electrical that was torched from the water splashing on it and installed new heaters this way the pump room will always stay up to temp and avoid any freezing in the future. 👍

Hi friends and family! Super excited that I have the opportunity to ride with🏂 and support 🎗️the “NICK STRONG” team this year at the annual “HOPE ON THE SLOPES” fundraiser at Jay Peak! As we all know cancer sucks and these donations could one day save a family from the heartbreak we have all been through. I will be riding in honor of Nick himself and my father, as well as anyone going through the struggles of cancer! Anything helps and we can’t thank you enough! 🧡🧡🧡

Is your house built on wet lands? Does your house require a lift station for your sewer system? if so this Post is for you!!!

This house was built in a "swamp" area, and when I say swamp I mean the water table was about 2-3 feet deep! Not only was that an issue, but the original station in the pictures was very small with only 1 pump. So the combined factors of immense ground water infiltration and the flow coming from the sewer line, the stand alone pump would basically run non-stop and clog from the sanitary debris. The ground water would then fill the pit and force back flow into the sanitary line causing basement flooding.

After sitting down with the owner and explaining why he was having these issues and what his options were. We decided to increase the pit size, the pumps, better electrical system with new floats and alarm, as well as water tight seal all the connections into the pit to prevent ground water infiltration. This install only took 2 full days where we had to have 1, sometimes even 2 pumps running just to maintain that much water. Check out the before and after and let me know what you think!!

💧♻️🍃 Storm system install 🍃♻️💧

Customer was having an issue with run off water coming down from his neighbors lawn during heavy rains. The water would come down so fast it would hit the house and start infiltrating through the basement windows.

✅ Solution ✅
Installed a commercial grade 24”x24”x24” casted concrete basin with a 6” line to direct the water to the back of the property. We also regraded the property around the drain and foundation of the house so any/all surface water will now pitch directly to the drain. Customer is ready for spring showers with a peace of mind! 💪

Rust removal on this 80 year old sanitary line! This hospital was built in the 1940s but after being abandoned in the 80s the lines sat with almost no flow and pretty much rusted shut.

There was so much rust building up during the cleaning process that it was impossible to move the material 200+ feet to the outside manhole. after a hell of a dig job trying to maneuver around all of the conduit lines we finally gained access to the line and cleaned all the rust out!

(Because Facebook is difficult it doesn’t let me post videos and pictures together. Videos of the cleaning process to follow in a separate post)
