Ground up foundations(footers/excavation/setting of anchor bolts)
SOG(gravel base, insulation, v***r barrier, wire mesh, expansion)
Curb
Cast in place walls
Sidewalk/pavement
Bollards
Sawcutting/removal
Waterproofing
Demolition
Driveways
Decorative work
Inground pools
ADA compliancy
Rebar install

Offer is not a salary. Subject to rain days/weekends/shift differential with possible wage relief
All compensation based off base rate, overtime after 40 hours(PER FLSA)
$30-$55 per hour total compensation package
$25-$40 per hour total wage rate(x1.5 after after 40 hours)
$0-$10 per hour total insurance compensation*
$0-$20 per hour total 401K investment*
*Insurance/401K investment varies monthly based on needs/investments
*Insurance/401K payments paid on the following 15th of every month that the first non weekend/holiday day was worked
*Insurance costs are competively bid and flexible
*401K investments are flexible
*In situation employee leaves company, all insurance/investment banked funds will be paid via 1099
*No working dues/membership fees/administration costs
*No holidays paid
