Just finished up this metal door for a customer in bwb. It was rusted out, and was in bad shape. We cut out the bad stuff, patched hole with bondo, sanded, primed, and two coats of Benjamin Moore exterior gloss white. Customer In Defuniak bought a house and wanted the interior remodeled. We tore tile off the walls, and removed wallpaper in the bathroom. We also removed the bull nose tile used as baseboards throughout the entire house, and replaced with pine baseboards. We removed the pegboard wall in the laundry room, and scraped the popcorn texture from the ceiling. We went back with sheetrock in the laundry room and bathrooms where we removed tile. Customer had some floor joist that were loose and rotted out, so we pulled the boards up and replaced the joists. We also rebuilt some of the lower handrails to sturdy them up. Customer had some wood rot on the handrails on the porch. We salvaged what we could and tore out and rebuilt the rest. We then shot it with two gallons of primer, caulk, and wood filler. Customer hired a handyman to repair a crack in the ceiling above the shower. He tried to caulk the crack and painted over as you see in the top photo 🤦‍♂️. They called us to fix his horrible repair, and we took the steps that should have been used to do it correctly. We are professionals, and we love serving our community. We taped and floated the cracks, hit it with a large knockdown texture to match the rest and paint. Customer was extremely happy with the job we did.
