Old farmhouses, cabins, newer builds — each one comes with its own quirks, materials, and cleaning needs.

It’s a big reason why I don’t believe in “standard packages.”

Most products (even eco-friendly ones) need a little dwell time to actually break down dirt and bacteria. Even 30–60 seconds can make a big difference.

This is especially helpful in kitchens and bathrooms.

It happens slowly: a missed wipe here, a little dust there, everyday life adding layers over time. That’s why deep cleaning can feel overwhelming — it’s not about one bad week, it’s about accumulation.

Regular cleanings (even light ones) help prevent that layering so your home stays manageable instead of stressful.

With non-toxic or low-tox cleaning, your home might smell lighter or more neutral — and that’s actually a good sign. It means fewer residues left behind.

I offer both options depending on your preference, but more clients lately are choosing a cleaner feel over a stronger scent.
