🌊 Hey everyone! I see a lot of new faces here, so I wanted to reintroduce myself.
My name is Shylo, and I’m the proud owner of Clean Slate — a local business built from passion, creativity, and a love for making things shine. ✨
At Clean Slate, I offer professional cleaning services for homes and businesses throughout Newport, Morehead City, and surrounding areas, treating every space as if it were my own. My goal has always been simple — to help people start fresh with a Clean Slate. 🫧
But Clean Slate doesn’t stop there!
Over time, my creative side grew into Clean Slate Home Decor & More, where I hand-paint and design one-of-a-kind home pieces — from doormats and coasters to custom signs, wall art, and seasonal décor. Every piece is made with love, intention, and that signature “Clean Slate” touch that makes your space feel uniquely yours. 🎨🌿

You’ll now be able to find my hand-painted pieces right inside their storefront — alongside other talented local artists who share the same passion for creativity and community.
This new chapter means the world to me, and I’m beyond thankful for everyone who’s supported this journey — from cleaning clients to decor customers, family, and friends. Your encouragement keeps me inspired every single day.
