🍉 August Availability

Hey friends! I can’t tell you all how much I appreciate your shares, referrals and love you have shown me since I started Busy B’s! I love helping Others!!

A few things need reminding…I HATE some of these have to even be addressed, but here we are…

1. Temperature: I’m busy cleaning your house so pretty please don’t have the thermostat above 72 in winter or Summer! I sweat! 🤦🏼‍♀️ It’s miserable overheating while cleaning! Help me help you! 🩷

2. Payments !!! Are due day of service unless communicated with me previously!! I understand pay periods vary and sometimes my realtor friends have to wait on a closing! Pretty Please talk to me first I’m flexible, BUT I do not want to chase down payments!!🩷

3. I have sent or will send a list of what my cleanings entail. If you want something different or special please communicate with me! I try my hardest to please everyone sometimes it’s hard. Things that are not covered on my list ARE extra! Please be respectful of my time and energy. I try to give all of my clients 150%!

4. Time!! I clean 2-4 houses a day so please be respectful of my time. If you want something extra pleaee ask before hand. I try to keep a strict schedule so if you’re not a morning person please don’t schedule an 8am clean then ask to move day of unless its an emergency. I start my days at 8 and I try to give everyone a time frame and stick to it as much as possible. 🩷

5. Laundry: I don’t do laundry unless it discussed prior to clean and I charge per load EXTRA unless I’m feeling generous! 😂

6. Beds: I make the beds, but do not strip and change bedding unless discussed previously! It takes extra time, and adds time to my day so it cost EXTRA!

7. Appliances are polished on outside only on standard clean, oven and microwave are covered inside/ outside on a deep clean and move in/outs cover all appliances inside/outside. Anything else is EXTRA!

8. If I have to organize or clean before I can “Clean” your home, kids rooms, etc It will cost EXTRA! I need to be able to go in and clean not pick up 5,000 legos and Barbie’s.
I don’t mind doing a few dishes or even a sink full, but 3 sink fulls will have an EXTRA charge.

9. Windows: are EXTRA! Unless discussed! I dont mind cleaning main doors/windows and occasional finger prints or pet noses, but im not washing all the windows every clean!

10. Pets are my favorite ever sooo NO EXTRA charge for cookies, kisses and tummy scratches. 😂🩷🩷🩷
