Bathrooms are hands-down some of my favorite transformations. 🫧✨

There’s just something so satisfying about taking a space that’s used every single day and bringing it back to a fresh, sparkling clean.

A lot goes into each bathroom I clean:
🧼 Emptying counters and surfaces
🧽 Dusting from top to bottom
✨ Sweeping
šŸŖž Wiping and sanitizing every surface
🧹 Sweeping again to catch anything that settled
🫧 Finishing with a thorough mop

Bathrooms definitely take time, but they’re one of those spaces where you can truly see and feel the difference when they’re done. A clean bathroom just makes your whole home feel fresher.

šŸ“š Don’t forget about our Back-to-School Special! (July & August only)

šŸŽ‰ Existing Clients: Refer a friend who books a cleaning in July or August, and you’ll receive 10% OFF your next scheduled cleaning!

Before the next meal is cooked, before the dishes start piling up again, and before life gets busy… there’s this moment. ✨

A clean kitchen has a way of making the whole house feel lighter. The counters shine, the sink sparkles, and those freshly cleaned, dry floors are just waiting for little feet (or paws!) to leave their mark again.

This is why I love what I do. I know the ā€œafterā€ doesn’t last forever, but giving my clients a fresh start is always worth it.

What’s your favorite part of walking into a freshly cleaned kitchen? šŸ”šŸ’›

There is something so satisfying about walking into a home that feels lighter when you leave than when you arrived.

Cleaning has never been just about making things look nice to me. It’s about creating a space where families can relax, where busy parents don’t have another thing on their to-do list, and where coming home actually feels peaceful.

Every home I clean is treated with the same care and attention I’d want someone to give my own. I notice the little things—the fingerprints on the light switches, the dust hiding on baseboards, the corners that are easy to overlook—because those details matter.

Thank you to every client who trusts me with your home. I know inviting someone into your personal space is a big deal, and I never take that trust for granted.

If your home could use a reset, I’d love to help. šŸ”āœØ

✨ Things I’ve Learned During My First Year in Business ✨

This past year has taught me so much—about business, people, and even myself. If you’re thinking about starting your own business, or you’re just curious about what goes on behind the scenes, here’s what I’ve learned.

1ļøāƒ£ Not every client is your client—and that’s okay.
It’s okay if you aren’t someone’s cup of tea, and it’s okay if they’re not yours. Once I accepted that, I built a client list full of people I genuinely enjoy serving. I never dread going to work, and that’s priceless.

2ļøāƒ£ Always count cash payments before leaving the property.
Unfortunately…some lessons are learned the hard way. šŸ˜‚ Now we know!

3ļøāƒ£ Your work will speak for itself.
When I started this business, I never imagined it would grow the way it has. Nearly all of my growth has come through word of mouth, and that’s because I focus on doing quality work every single time. That has been the greatest compliment I could ask for.

4ļøāƒ£ Stand firm on your pricing.
This goes hand in hand with quality. If you provide excellent work, be confident in what you’re worth. Have I lowered my prices to help someone? Absolutely. Compassion has its place. But don’t make a habit of selling yourself short. Cleaning is physically demanding, time-consuming, expensive when it comes to products and equipment, and hard on your body. Know your value.

5ļøāƒ£ You’ll learn as you go.
I was intimidated when I first started. I had a Dollar Tree cleaning caddy my husband picked up for me, a handful of inexpensive supplies, and a heart full of determination. Since then, I’ve spent countless hours learning about products, improving my techniques, making mistakes, and creating systems that work for me. Growth doesn’t happen overnight.

6ļøāƒ£ I love seeing other cleaners succeed.
I’ve seen so many people take that leap of faith and start their own cleaning businesses, and I absolutely love it. Someone recently asked me if it bothers me that there are so many cleaners in the area.

Honestly? Not one bit.

There is more than enough work to go around. Every cleaner brings something different to the table, and every family deserves to find someone who’s the right fit for them. I genuinely cheer for other small businesses because I remember exactly what it felt like to take that first scary step.

Here’s to another year of learning, growing, serving our community, and cheering each other on. ā¤ļø

This little guy has been a big help with the five cleans we’ve already completed this week! If we make it through the next four just as smoothly, I may have found my newest employee. šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļøšŸ˜‹

In all seriousness, one of the greatest blessings of this business has been the ability to include my children in the journey. They’ve had a front-row seat to watching this business grow from the ground up, and it’s been incredible to see them learn new skills, develop a strong work ethic, and take pride in helping others.

More importantly, they’ve gained an appreciation for what goes into caring for someone else’s home. They’ve learned that cleaning is about more than making things look nice—it’s about serving families, creating peace of mind, and helping people reclaim their time.

We’re all learning and growing together over here, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

To every client—whether you’ve trusted me with a one-time deep clean or you’ve welcomed me into your home on a recurring basis—thank you. Your support, referrals, kind words, and trust mean more than you know. Watching this business continue to grow has been both humbling and exciting, and I truly appreciate every single one of you. ā¤ļø

🧽 Bathroom Rescue Complete! 🧽

Today I had the privilege of helping an older couple get their bathroom back in order. The homeowner shared that it had been over a year since the bathroom had been thoroughly cleaned, leaving behind heavy buildup and significant black mold growth.

A reminder: if you notice black mold in your bathroom, the most important steps are to address the moisture source, improve ventilation, and properly clean and disinfect affected surfaces. Small areas can often be cleaned with appropriate mold-killing products while wearing gloves and ensuring good airflow. Larger infestations or mold that has penetrated walls, ceilings, or caulking may require professional remediation.

Regular cleaning, running exhaust fans, and keeping surfaces dry can go a long way in preventing mold from returning.

A clean bathroom isn’t just about appearance—it’s about creating a healthier space for the people who call it home. ā¤ļøāœØ
