So often I hear people write or say to me…”thank you for getting back to me so promptly”… although I appreciate the acknowledgment…is there any other way to operate your business, treat potential customers and existing? I, personally, don’t believe there is.
I can’t count the number of times, myself/my team has gone inside a home to give an estimate, meet & greet, and they tell me they have had another person/company cleaning for them and are looking elsewhere for a variety of reasons. So many times…I walk through the home, see the build up, dust and wonder to myself…what in the hell does this other person/company do?!?!?!-
I was born in the 70’s. I was raised by a single mother who was an RN. I was taught work ethic, responsibility and, therefore, that’s how I do life, in every aspect of it.
I give what I would like to receive. I give to the people in my industry that are in need. I take it very seriously from the initial estimate, to every communication, to the job. I’m always here…for you.
That’s my job and I take pride in that. I value that, as well as the people who work for me, all of my customers. It’s a two way street. I’m grateful for my customers. Their happiness of the service we provide is EVERYTHING.
I’m not the cheapest cleaning company out there. Often times in life, you get what you pay for. But, what I can guarantee is attentiveness, listening, providing a reliable, and consistent job each and every time.
