My name is Michael Zak, and I started this company when I was just 17 years old, still in high school.
I still remember hauling a pressure washer around in my sister’s car, printing my first flyers at home, and walking neighborhood streets handing them out one by one. Back then, the business was called Big Mike’s Pressure Washing — no fancy branding, no systems, just pure hustle and a belief that if I worked hard and treated people right, things would grow.
Fast forward to today.
After years of learning, countless early mornings, long nights, certifications, mistakes, and wins, that small side hustle has grown into a professional exterior cleaning and maintenance company built on trust, quality, and integrity — the same values that guided me from day one.
What I’m most proud of isn’t just the growth, but the team and systems we’ve built. They allow us to consistently deliver high-level service, protect our clients’ properties, and create long-term relationships instead of one-time jobs. Every project is treated like it matters — because it does.
This company is proof that vision, discipline, and doing the right thing when no one’s watching still works. And we’re just getting started.
