Hi everyone! Ever wonder what a full kitchen exhaust cleaning involves? Here's the short version.

First the cooking equipment below gets protected. Then the grease filters come out, degreaser goes on, and the heavy grease is removed from the duct exhaust hood and the accessible plenum behind it. From there the cleaning follows the exhaust path through the reachable ductwork to the rooftop fan. A hot-water wash, reassembly, polishing and a final review finish the job.
