Additional services includes doing laundry and much more. Your support means the world to us! Cleaning is by appointment ONLY. A service fee will be charged at the time the appointment is booked. The service fee is already included in all services. It is NOT an additional cost. If we are unable to gain access to the home for up to 15 minutes upon arrival or have been turned away at the time of cle

aning, the $30 service fee will not be refunded. In the event of rescheduling, the booked appointment has to be rescheduled at least 24 hours prior. A cancellation must be done at least 24 hours prior and a full refund of the service fee will be given.
